We are seeking a National Sales Director Immunology Commercial Leadership Spain to join our Commercial Immunology Leadership Team. In this role, you will lead the field organization to deliver business results, support patient access, and drive successful execution of commercial objectives while collaborating with Sales Managers, Commercial Operations, alliance partners, customers, and international colleagues.

Discover your role:

  • Drive business results aligned with company objectives across the Spanish market.

  • Lead the Field Team through Sales Managers to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies and objectives.

  • Manage, coach, motivate, and inspire a senior team of sales professionals to achieve high performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to support business success and patient access.

  • Partner with the Commercial Operations Team to provide performance, forecasting, and market insights for discussion with senior leadership.

  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliant ways of working.

  • Collaborate with international sales leaders, sharing best practices and contributing as an active member of the International Sales Head community.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; with 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry and/or relevant sales experience; marketing experience preferred and 5+ years of people management experience leading teams.

  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales roles.

  • Deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare ecosystem, including market access.

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to drive team performance.

  • Relevant leadership experience with the ability to lead a senior team.

  • Previous experience within a co-promotion or alliance environment preferred.
