We are seeking a Senior Specialist Learning Center of Excellence Operations - India to join our Learning Center of Excellence team, supporting our India Global Capabilities Center and regional learning initiatives in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will support regional training, onboarding, and learning delivery while collaborating with Regional Trainers, Training Business Partners, Human Resources, functional leaders, and onboarding teams. Discover your role:

  • Develop and adapt regional training programs and learning materials, ensuring content is localized, culturally relevant, and aligned with business needs.

  • Co-facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, including systems, business process, functional onboarding, and role-specific learning programs.

  • Serve as a regional Learning Center of Excellence contact, responding to training requests, onboarding inquiries, and stakeholder needs when required.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities with Human Resources, functional leaders, and global onboarding teams to deliver a seamless new-hire experience for GCC colleagues.

  • Create, update, and maintain onboarding content including videos, reference guides, help materials, training communications, and SharePoint onboarding pages.

  • Administer Learning Management System activities including registrations, attendance reporting, scheduling coordination, and risk issue related to training plans.

  • Promote learning events, build networks of subject matter experts, and encourage strong engagement with training initiatives across the region.

  • You foster collaboration across global and local teams while continuously seeking opportunities to improve learning experiences and onboarding effectiveness.

This role requires:

  • Demonstrated experience creating training plans, curricula, and learning materials across multiple delivery modalities.

  • Experience supporting training design, development, facilitation, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement activities.

  • Ability to co-facilitate virtual and in-person training programs, including technical, functional, and onboarding learning sessions.

  • Experience developing and maintaining training content, onboarding resources, videos, reference guides, help documentation, and related learning assets.

  • Experience administering Learning Management System processes, including registration management and attendance reporting.

  • Experience managing SharePoint onboarding or learning-related sits and content repositories.

  • Ability to support the development of functional learning solutions using artificial intelligence and learning development applications.

  • Fluency in English and the language of the assigned region.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required.

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Proven ability to coordinate projects, plan and execute initiatives, and work successfully within a matrix organization.
