We are seeking a Senior Manager, Field Medical Affairs, to join our US Medical Affairs team, supporting our Hematology franchise across B-Cell Malignancies, including NHL and Multiple Myeloma. In this role, you will serve as the scientific and clinical expert for our Hematology portfolio, engaging KOLs, HCPs, and researchers in meaningful scientific exchange while bringing field insights back to shape our medical strategy and evidence generation plans.

Discover your role:
• Build and sustain peer-level relationships with KOLs in Hematological Malignancies
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for HCPs, translating complex science into clear insight
• Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research through site identification, concept review, and scientific exchange
• Bring field insights on research and treatment landscape trends back to internal stakeholders
• Identify gaps in research and education to help shape medical strategy
• Represent Regeneron with integrity at medical conferences, gathering competitive and scientific intelligence
• Collaborate across Medical and Commercial teams to advance shared goals
• Respond to scientific inquiries with accurate, compliant, and well-communicated information

This role requires:
• Advanced clinical or science degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD) or equivalent scientific background
• 3+ years of related work experience (clinical, managed care, or industry)
• Strong ability to communicate and disseminate scientific and clinical data across oral, written, and literature-based formats
• Expert problem-solving skills to uncover underlying customer needs and insights
• Demonstrated ability to build internal networks across Medical and Commercial functions
• Recent experience in relevant therapeutic areas
• Prior experience in a field medical role is preferred
