At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking a Staff Supply Logistics Analyst to join our Warehouse & Logistics team.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where:

  • Location: Raheen, Limerick.

What you’ll do:

  • Evaluating current logistics capabilities and identifying gaps related to future portfolio expansion.
  • Developing internal business justifications for new logistics capabilities, partnerships, technologies, depots, or distribution models.
  • Assessing and qualifying logistics service providers, couriers, depots, and specialty partners for GxP suitability and operational robustness.
  • Developing logistics strategies for new studies, expansions, and special handling needs
  • Drive the selection, negotiation, and onboarding of partners (3PL/4PL, cold-chain packaging vendors, couriers).
  • Monitoring performance, costs, and compliance; recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Developing long-term, trusted relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners.
  • Delivering logistics solutions that meet GDP/GMP expectations and align with global regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and clinical materials.
  • Leading aspects of audits, supplier evaluations, and logistics readiness reviews.
  • Developing cost models and financial assessments to support logistics capability investments or supplier changes.
  • Conducting risk analyses related to global distribution, cold-chain integrity, capacity constraints, and geopolitical or regulatory changes.
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs for logistics performance, quality, cost, and compliance.

Let’s find out if we’re a fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain, logistics, or related GxP logistics roles.
  • Deep understanding of global supply chains, cold‑chain distribution, IMP/NIMP requirements, and GDP/GMP standards.
  • Proven experience managing global logistics partners, depots, couriers, and 3PL/4PL providers.
  • Experience with supply chain and GxP systems (e.g., SAP, IRT/RTSM, WMS, TMS, temperature monitoring platforms).
