We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator – India (Contingent Worker) to support our business and HR function in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations and helping establish people-centric, business strategy-driven HR practices. In this role, you will provide administrative, operational and tactical support across key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, absence management, benefits, learning and development, and total rewards. You will collaborate with employees, managers, Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Operations & Technology, and other G&A functions. Discover your role:
Assist in executing HR practices and policies.
Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries and ongoing reports for company requirements.
Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Handle operational activities for onboarding, new-hire orientations and exit interviews, including HRIS data entry and audits for accuracy and compliance.
Provide HR advisory support to employees on absence and health-related matters.
Support the Post Offer Follow Up (POFU) process for offered candidates.
Collect new joiner documents and facilitate payroll onboarding.
Oversee probationary periods for new hires and work with the HR Business Partner to ensure managers complete probation evaluations.
Maintain attendance reports and support the internship process.
Support the Total Rewards/Benefits team with benefit onboarding and offboarding.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR systems, benefits and HR policies.
Ensure complete and reliable employee record management and filing of documentation.
Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the HR Business Partner.
This role requires:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years of related experience, with proven success working in an HR department.
Good working knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday.
Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport with colleagues at all levels and across functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong ethics and cultural awareness.
A resourceful mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet software.
The ability to apply judgment, company policies and practices to reach solutions while working under supervision.
The ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
