Build our future together:

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking an IT Applications Analyst (Senior or Principal) to join our IOPS IT team, supporting Regeneron's Digital Fusion program — the global transformation from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. In this role, you will serve as a technical SME and delivery lead, translating business needs into working solutions and driving process design across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Procurement — while partnering closely with Business Process Owners, system integrators, and external implementation partners. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where:

  • Location: Troy, New York, United States
  • Work model: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Discover your role:

  • Act as Technical SME and delivery lead on Digital Fusion workstreams, partnering with Business Process Owners, system integrators, and implementation partners to deliver functional and technical solutions across Oracle Fusion and adjacent applications
  • Lead business analysis activities including requirements elicitation, current- and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, fit-gap workshops, and translation of business needs into functional specifications
  • Drive process flow thinking across cross-functional workstreams — identifying upstream dependencies, downstream impacts, integration touchpoints, and opportunities for harmonization across sites
  • Own system documentation including Detailed Design Specifications, configuration test plans, traceability matrices, and summary reports; process change control requests with full impact assessment and stakeholder alignment
  • Support integration design and delivery between Oracle Fusion and adjacent systems such as Kinaxis, Maximo, MES, and LIMS using enterprise middleware including Boomi, Kong, and IBM MQ
  • Partner with Validation and Quality teams to ensure IT Applications are implemented following Computer Software Assurance (CSA) and development lifecycle approaches in line with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 expectations
  • Provide end-user support during hypercare and post-go-live phases; facilitate solution handover to operations teams and managed service providers; lead security access reviews and periodic audit trail assessments
  • Support day-to-day project activities including RAID log maintenance, status reporting, cross-functional coordination, and prioritization of delivery milestones; train and build capability across IT Applications team members
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS strongly preferred; experience supporting an EBS-to-Fusion transformation highly desirable
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated GxP environment strongly preferred; familiarity with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and CSA/CSV practices
  • Experience working with implementation partners and managing vendor deliverables
  • Exposure to adjacent platforms such as Kinaxis, Maximo, MES, Veeva, Boomi, or Databricks a plus
  • Project management experience preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent qualification a plus

This role requires:

  • BS/BA in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Senior IT Applications Analyst: 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Principal IT Applications Analyst: *+ years of relevant experience
  • May consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role
