Oracle IT Applications Analyst

The Oracle IT Applications Analyst is a business facing role with responsibility for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of various Supply Chain IT applications and systems, primarily Oracle OPM Modules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinates across business departments and stakeholders, gathering and implementing enhancement requests across departments.
  • Effectively identifies and resolves system issues and appropriately communicates items to management, business process owner and users.
  • Responsible for IT Applications documentation, including, converting User Requirement Specifications to a Detail Design Specification, writing Configuration Test Plans and summary reports (tabular, trend and labels).
  • Performs daily business administrative tasks related to functional support and general user account administration.
  • Provides SME support and works closely with functional departments on projects to develop, implement and enhance the system.
  • Provide application assistance prior to, during and post Regulatory/Partner inspections.
  • Processes IT Applications change control requests.
  • Works with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following development life cycle approach.
  • Coordinates with other IT Applications team members to implement the system in an efficient manner.
  • Provides end-user support for IT Applications including troubleshooting problems at the application server level.
  • Participates or may lead IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews.

This role may be for you if you have:

  • Experience in Oracle Applications, Supply Chain and OPM Modules preferably.
  • Experience with technical writing & process mapping.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Project Management and System Administration.
  • Experience working with Veeva, Valgenesis, JIRA tools.

In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a BS/BA in Information Technology or related field and minimum 2 years relevant experience. May consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
