At Regeneron, we are seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Operations Lead to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) Commercial Operations organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to U.S., international, and global commercial leadership and will be responsible for establishing and scaling Commercial Operations capabilities across HCP Engagement, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Project Management. Reporting to the Director, GCC Commercial Lead, this position will drive operational excellence, performance monitoring, stakeholder management, and capability-building initiatives that support global commercial strategies and execution across markets.

Discover your role:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to Global Commercial Operations and Global Marketing teams, ensuring alignment between global priorities and local execution.

  • Establish and scale the India-based Commercial Operations organization across multiple functional capability areas.

  • Lead and develop teams responsible for HCP Engagement Operations, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Project Management.

  • Partner with global stakeholders to optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns and project management processes across products and indications.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. and international commercial operations leadership regarding operational execution and customer engagement.

  • Drive content operations and marketing enablement initiatives, including MLR review processes, claims management, and digital asset management.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and in-market teams to localize and deploy promotional materials aligned with global standards and local needs.

  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, KPI tracking, and reporting tools to provide visibility into operational performance and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Monitor commercial operations performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement operational excellence initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and audit requirements across commercial operations activities.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, or 7+ years with an MBA/MS, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Proven experience in Commercial Marketing Operations, HCP Engagement Operations, Program Management, and Project Management.

  • Strong understanding of HCP engagement models, operational performance frameworks, metrics, and scorecards.

  • Experience translating global commercial strategies into localized operational plans and supporting execution across diverse international markets.

  • Hands-on experience with content operations, MLR processes, claims management, and Digital Asset Management (DAM).

  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in a global or regulated environment.

  • Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives.

  • Experience within Global Capability Centers (GCC) or global delivery models in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries is preferred.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team development capabilities.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement and execution excellence
