This role of Director, Oncology Key Accounts Marketing will be responsible for supporting our vision for best-in-class capabilities and innovative solutions to support engaging Oncology and Hematology Key Strategic Provider Accounts.
This candidate facilitates development of, any updates to our Provider Key Account Strategy for our Commercial Business Unit. In this role, will develop Key Account Marketing sponsorships strategy aligned to annual brand plan plus content and executes rollout to the Oncology Key Account Leader (OKAL) team focused on building loyalty with customers and ensures our Oncology brand(s) resonate with stakeholders and C-Suite and D-Suite leaders in key oncology accounts in the US. This individual will report to the Global Core Brand Lead.

- In the Sleepy Hollow, NY Office - 4 days a week
- Travel up to 30% of the time
Discover your role:
- Develop promotional strategy and tactical plan as well as develop all tactics for OKAL use with Key acct/VA targets aligned to the brand plan including approval through RC
- Partner with brand marketing teams to develop deep understanding of indication and overall brand strategy and US tactical focus, as well as share data and insights Key Accts Performance to inform marketing plans across the brand.
- Work closely with OKAL Leader and OKALs as a dotted line member of the OKAL Leadership Team, attending regular OKAL team calls and meetings, and attend professional association meetings to connect regularly with OKAL target customers/partners
- Provide leadership support to the development of the overall Brand Plan and strategy focusing on key accounts.
- Ensure innovative solutions and procedures are demonstrated for reaching OKAL Acct based partners, C-Suite and acct operational leadership, developing collaborative projects as agreed upon with OKAL Sr Director and Head of Marketing
- Understand and leverage trends in the marketplace and competitive benchmarking to inform strategies for key acct engagement.
- Actively collaborate and provide additional support to OKAL Sr Director and OKAL team operations work e.g. targeting, performance reporting, and business planning/presentations
- Manage the Key Accounts Marketing budget, ensure cost effective delivery of all programs while tracking and monitoring effectiveness including KPI’s, ROI and actionable findings.
This role requires:
- At least 12 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with significant leadership experience in marketing, sales, and sales management in oncology preferred. At least 5 years in a marketing role.
- A bachelor’s degree Required, MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in marketing innovation including managing ad agencies/vendors, and marketing strategy and tactical effectiveness measures
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate.
- Proven track record of market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ability to synthesize inputs from external and internal collaborators such as HCPs, field teams, and market access colleagues.
- Effective written and oral communication; experience delivering complex messages to diverse internal and external collaborators with a track record of influential presentations.
- Ability to communicate and act promptly; demonstrated initiative and creativity; and the agility to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.

Salary Range (annually)
$183,100.00 - $305,200.00
