At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking a Supervisor, Quality Control to join our Quality Control (QC) team.
This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of quality control professionals supporting the manufacture and release of biopharmaceutical products for patients worldwide.
When & Where:
Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland
This is an onsite leadership role supporting Quality Control laboratory operations
The role involves supervising daily laboratory activities and supporting cross-functional business objectives
What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise QC personnel, allocating workload and monitoring team performance
Ensure laboratory activities comply with cGMP requirements, SOPs, and quality standards
Support investigations, troubleshooting activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee documentation including SOPs, methods, protocols, reports, and training records
Manage employee development activities including scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and training compliance

Let's Find Out if We're a Fit:
Requires a BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field; an MS degree is preferred
Requires 5+ years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry
Previous supervisory or people leadership experience is required
Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills
