Supervisor Quality Control (Microbiology)

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking a Supervisor, Quality Control to join our Quality Control (QC) team.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of quality control professionals supporting the manufacture and release of biopharmaceutical products for patients worldwide.

When & Where:

• Location: Raheen, Limerick, Ireland

• This is an onsite leadership role supporting Quality Control laboratory operations

• The role involves supervising daily laboratory activities and supporting cross-functional business objectives

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise QC personnel, allocating workload and monitoring team performance

• Ensure laboratory activities comply with cGMP requirements, SOPs, and quality standards

• Support investigations, troubleshooting activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Oversee documentation including SOPs, methods, protocols, reports, and training records

• Manage employee development activities including scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and training compliance

• Requires a BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field; an MS degree is preferred

• Requires 5+ years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry

• Previous supervisory or people leadership experience is required

• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills
