Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and experienced finance professional to join our team. In this exciting role, you will act as the US & HQ commercial finance lead for the Dupixent and future immunology products and have full P&L oversight and manage a team directly responsible for business planning, forecasting, planning and analysis of revenues, operational expenses and management financial reporting.

A Typical Day in the Role Might Look Like:

  • Partner with the Immunology commercial business unit, internal stakeholders, and external alliance partners to advise on finance matters, develop budgets and forecasts, ad-hoc modeling and financial analysis, review financial performance.
  • Manage direct reports and provide coaching and development. Support Finance team development and ensure appropriate workload allocation across the team; hold development discussions and provide challenging and stretch assignments.
  • Structure and perform analysis independently and conduct research to uncover insights to help the business drive decisions. Work with business partners to understand trends and drivers behind financials.

This Role Might Be For You If:

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You have strong organizational and prioritization skills with an attention to detail.
  • You have a strong understanding of the biotech/pharma industry and have prior experience developing and maintaining forecasting models for biotech and pharmaceutical products.
  • You have a shown ability to manipulate raw data, interpret and provide analysis and insights.

This role requires a degree in Finance, Accounting or related area required. MBA or a master’s degree preferred. Prior commercial FP&A experience preferred. Key skills: Ability to deal with ambiguity, proactive and persistent, ability to look at issues from different perspectives. Minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification work experience spent in the biopharma industry, strong knowledge of P&L management, financial reporting, and analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. High proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

Salary Range (annually)

$151,800.00 - $247,800.00
