Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are teams of cross-functional employees who collaborate to support science and global communities and provide inclusive professional development and leadership opportunities. These organizations provide our colleagues with a forum to connect, share their lived experiences and learn from each other. ERGs are open to all colleagues.

The API ERG brings employees together through the perspectives and experiences of the Asian and Pacific Islander community.
ASPIRE-DI (Accommodations and Support Promote Inclusion at Regeneron for Everyone - Disability Inclusion) ERG was founded to enhance the experience of people with disabilities and those who support the disabled community.
Creates a supportive environment where Black individuals feel empowered, fostering mentorship and increasing representation through outreach and community engagement.
Supports Regeneron in attracting, retaining and developing Hispanic and LatinX leaders.
Enhances the LGBTQ+ experience at Regeneron and in the broader community through allyship, talent development and advocacy.
Builds community and raising awareness about MENA countries and their heritage among colleagues at Regeneron.
Breaks the stigma around mental health by building a peer community of support, education and awareness.
Connects South Asian colleagues and driving health equity initiatives, including culturally informed research across global communities.
Supports veterans and allies through talent development, health equity advocacy and outreach, both within and outside Regeneron.
Provides a platform that embraces inclusion, supports women in professional development and wellbeing, and enables community outreach.
