The purpose of the Training Coordinator, Senior Specialist role is to ensure the smooth and effective execution of training projects by managing and coordinating the intake, development, deployment and collaborating with all key stakeholders to deliver successful learning programs.

Enable Process and Operational Excellence
Applies seasoned Training Coordination experience to independently resolve a variety of complex problems that have significant impact on cost or efficiency of training operations
Identifies areas for possible improvements and proactively addresses problems within scope of responsibility
Regularly makes recommendations on new processes, tools and services that can impact projects in training operations
Modifies existing LCoE tools, techniques, and processes, with approval from leadership
Regularly contributes actionable ideas in logistics and quality meeting sessions
Ability to cross train in other overlapping LCoE areas (ie Onboarding, Training Quality and Compliance)
Project Management
Accountable for project lifecycle of a deliverable.
Independently tracks and manages key milestones.
Determines project and workload priorities
Makes recommendations on process improvement and streamlining
Invoicing & POs
Accountable for PO and Invoice management on the team.
Identify areas for improvement in the invoicing process.
Identify areas for cost reduction in POs raised
Archiving
Manage other team members to identify files for archiving at the end of each project.
Accountable for material upload
Continuously works to improve and automate the archiving process.
Demonstrates initiative with new project requests and serves as SME for training coordination and execution
Exercises effective interpersonal, communication, training, and problem-solving skills within Training Operations and when interfacing with key stakeholders on project execution
With limited guidance, works on moderately complex assignments/projects
Supports the Onboarding function of the LCoE team
Supports any operational audit initiatives
UAT
Performs all UAT testing on LCoE deliverables.
Leverage experience, identifies patterns in issues found and makes recommendations on resolution and development process improvement
Leverage relationships across the LCoE team to improve outputs.
Support Training Sessions – Virtual and Face to Face
Create and manage session schedules, invites, meeting links, rosters and room bookings
Reserve meeting rooms with appropriate A/V support for virtual or face to face
Coordinate catering and supplies for in person LCoE events
Provide online support during live virtual sessions
Support instructor logistics, including provision of travel guidelines and attendee rosters, and identifying room set-up/AV requirements.
Manage production and delivery of printed course materials where required
Manage all pre and post program activities and surveys for both face to face classroom and online training
This role requires:
A minimum of a Bachelors' degree and at least 2+ years of relevant experience
Preference for prior training operations experience

$83,800.00 - $136,800.00
