We are seeking a Senior Specialist, External Data Acquisition and Delivery to join our Clinical Data Management team. In this role, you will manage non-Case Report Form data across assigned studies or Clinical Development Units while collaborating with external data vendors, CRO partners, Clinical Data Management and cross-functional stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to strengthen data integrity, improve external data delivery and support compliant study execution.

Discover your role:

  • Manage end-to-end non-Case Report Form data delivery.
  • Develop Data Transfer Specifications for assigned studies.
  • Reconcile external vendor data against clinical database outputs.
  • Partner with vendors to resolve data structure issues.
  • Track specifications, milestones and deliverables across programmes.
  • Support external data locking, archival and inspection readiness.
  • You guide cross-functional teams with clear technical direction.
  • You improve processes while maintaining quality and compliance.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Health, Mathematics, Engineering, Computational or related field.
  • 5+ years in external clinical data acquisition or management.
  • Experience managing clinical data types such as biomarker, eCOA, imaging, ECG, PK, genomics and laboratory data.
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP and CDISC standards.
  • Proficiency extracting data into SAS, CSV and XML formats.
  • Experience with electronic data capture platforms and external data reconciliation processes.
