As the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, you will support our dynamic Commercial field sales teams. Reporting directly to our Commercial Operations Lead, you will ensure the seamless execution of Sales Operations programs and initiatives. We drive excellence and innovation in our sales operations and need you to collaborate with our key Commercial and Corporate partners. A typical day might include the following:
Leading the execution of Commercial Field Communications, ensuring content is reviewed and approved prior to distribution.
Partnering with HR and IT on routine field roster management results.
Leading all aspects of onboarding and offboarding logistics and communications for Commercial field-based employees in collaboration with HR, IT, and other team members.
Coordinating with Commercial Training to deliver elements of new hire training for Commercial employees, ensuring a smooth introduction to the organization.
Collaborating with Marketing Operations and IT to coordinate the localization and availability of promotional materials for local teams, ensuring compliance with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes (MLR).
Managing day-to-day relationships with Commercial field teams and partners to proactively address and remediate issues.
Ensuring all results are consistently aligned with internal and external policies and procedures.

To be considered:
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of Japan's biopharmaceutical commercial market dynamics, laws, and regulations, with functional field support experience. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Veeva, along with intermediate English. Native level Japanese language is required. A minimum of 8+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech experience in Commercial roles, including 5 years of Commercial Operations experience in a global company in Japan, is essential. Prior experience in a biopharmaceutical field sales role is preferred.
