The Product Manager, Promotional Materials Digital Content & Asset Manager position based in Sleepy Hollow, NY is a key digital content leadership role within the Commercial IT team. The ideal candidate will be a leader responsible for managing commercial digital content platforms and services for the Commercial IT, Marketing Technology team. You will work interactively with Commercial Operations, Marketing teams and external partners to support promotional material approval processes, establish omnichannel content strategies, modular content design, digital content development process, and archival processes. You will build strong relationships with process owners to ensure appropriate demand management and delivery.
As a Product Manager, a typical day might include the following:
Provide technical and process optimization support to the commercial promotional approval process (Medical, Legal & Regulatory) partners and enable reporting and dashboarding.
Lead the change management process for the Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Digital Asset Management other digital asset platforms, activities include but not limited to, change request prioritization, administration, technical assessments and alternatives, documentation, testing and execution
Design and establish modular content management workflows in the context of omnichannel marketing, partnering with technology teams, business process leads and external partners
Partner with the marketing technology lead to establish a technology governance council for content platforms to ensure strategic alignment with commercial objectives and long-term scalability
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned process workstreams within Commercial Teams and other IT functions.
Serve as the primary IT escalation point for the commercial content approval and digital asset management workstreams
Partner with internal IT partners to develop and implement standard processes, digital capability delivery and technology support services.
Lead process improvement projects for content production workstreams using robust project management and process improvement practices
Provide ‘hands on’ technical leadership to the managed services delivery team to support and enable Veeva Vault capability

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Advertising or related field or equivalent professional work experience. Certification and minimum 5 years' experience with the following technologies: Solid understanding of Veeva Vault Promo Mats and Digital Asset management and advantageous to have proven understanding of Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Technologies, modular content design for marketing use cases, Claims & References Management, content workflows for omnichannel marketing use cases. Experience managing technical teams delivering Veeva Vault Promomats and Digital Asset management technologies capability. You must be onsite at least 3 days a week.
