Job Description – Director Scientific Marketing – Multiple Myeloma (Hematology)

Summary:

The Director of Scientific Marketing Multiple Myeloma is a member of Regeneron’s oncology-hematology commercial team, with accountability in leading all professional medical education commercial activities in support of the launch and commercialization of Linvoseltamab, our BCMAxCD3 bispecific, in the US. Initial focus will be on indications for later line multiple myeloma.



Responsibilities:

Responsible for Peer-to-Peer promotional education strategy, planning and execution

Promotional speaker program execution including live, webex, launch meeting, broadcast events.

Speaker bureau management and speaker training.

Development and roll out of promotional content for speaker programs and other peer to peer programs.

Promotional med com agency management.

Sales force communication for peer-to-peer programming and alignment with all cross functional teams.

Responsible for developing US and select Global Congress plan and execution including congress displays (booths/table tops), stakeholder engagement plan, advertising plan, competitive intelligence, logistics and coordination with cross functional teams. Responsible for KOL identification, mapping and engagement plan. Lead the development/management of relationships with KOL’s, key HCP’s and professional stakeholders. Development and execution of US commercial advisory boards to inform and support brand strategy. Manage and coordinate local and regional Oncology trade shows and scientific meetings. Develop and manage promotional and advertising spend across the different programs. Provide support to the development of the overall brand strategy, functional plans and budget.

*Experience and Required Skills:

Requirements:

  • Must demonstrate ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate.
  • Strong science background with deep knowledge of oncology and/or hematology. Ability to understand, work with, and provide commercial input to all functions within the project team.
  • Minimum of 10 years biopharmaceutical experience with at least 7 in Marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with marketing of oncology drugs in US a strong plus
  • Previous product/indication launch experience required.
  • Effective communication, both written and oral, at all times. Experience in delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers with a track record of effective and influential presentations.
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.
  • Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally.
  • Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of commercial success in positions with progressive responsibilities.

Salary Range (annually)

$176,900.00 - $294,800.00
