joAs the Manager Process Sciences you would be responsible for the organization and oversight of daily operations of the Process Sciences laboratory.

Process Sciences is a technical services department that deals with a range of scientific, technical, engineering and mathematical needs from the laboratory to the manufacturing floor. Within this department, the Process Solutions team aims to identify and implement process optimizations to increase overall manufacturing yield, reduce the cost of goods, and maintain production consistency.

In this role a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee the group in collaborative studies.
  • Supervise procedures and experiments.
  • Perform personnel management.
  • Select methods and techniques for obtaining scientific results.
  • Conduct data analysis.
  • Schedule and monitor lab study executions
  • Review and approve scientific protocols and reports
  • Present experimental results at department meetings.
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained.
  • Establish and Maintain cGMP activities.

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BSc in Biological Sciences with 8+ years of relevant experience preferred, or MS in same with 5+ years of relevant experience. May substitute relevant experience for education. Please note, this role could be considered at other levels depending on experience.
