Job Description
Associate Director, Global Strategy & Operations Dupixent / Immunology will work closely with Global Dupixent / Immunology leaders as well as cross-functional teams in supporting strategic planning and execution. The role will support the integration and coordination of Immunology franchise business planning and analytics, developing global and market brand strategies, and strategic projects. This role will be based in Sleepy Hollow, NY, and will report into Senior Director, Global Commercial Strategy with dotted line into Director, Strategy and Operations for International Markets.
A Typical Day Might Look Like This:
Support Global, cross-functional and cross-region Regeneron Dupixent Commercial integration efforts. Responsible for maintaining cross brand alignment of indications in the US, key international markets and HQ teams.
Periodically evaluates and provides brand leadership with key trends, industry/category/performance data to support delivery of brand performance against forecasts and assumptions. Helps guide adaptation as necessary to deliver on key brand objectives.
Support efforts to expand the global impact and reach of Dupixent by providing analytic support investment, strategy, and planning.
Synthesize data available and build data driven models where needed to analyze and gather insights to help senior leaders understand business potential for new indications in a given market.
Lead analyses to measure global business performance by providing valuable insights and recommendations backed by data (such as KPIs at the regional and country level).
Collaborate with global leadership on establishing and tracking global performance incentives (including consolidation / calculation).
Support Dupixent global and US strategic projects in support of overall Dupixent brand goals and objectives.
Participates in key partnering meetings, activities and action items.

Strong analytic skills, learning agility, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Data driven with the ability to visualize, articulate and derive insights by making decisions that are sensible given available information.
Detail-orientated, with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement
Extensive experience with managing numerous projects concurrently against stringent deadlines with varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Track record of building productive and sustainable work relationships with internal stakeholders and working with cross functional matrix team here team members come from various organizational functions.
Track record of demonstrating initiative, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, evolving environments.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have 5+ years of "progressive" consulting and industry/relevant professional experience or pharmaceutical/biotech related experience. Commercial strategy, analytics and operations experience with new product, indication and/or launch experience preferred.
