Job Description – Senior Manager HCP Marketing - Hematology

A Typical Day Might Look Like This:

The Sr Manager of HCP Marketing Hematology is a member of Regeneron’s oncology-hematology commercial team, with accountability for supporting promotions and launch of Linvoseltamab, our BCMA xCD3 bispecific, in the US and reporting into the Sr Director Hematology Marketing. Initial focus will be on indications for later line Multiple Myeloma (MM). This person will be responsible for multi-channel promotions and leading project management, agency relationships and scope of work to successfully launch and commercialize Linvoseltamab in the approved indications.

Responsible for HCP marketing for Linvoseltamab for the MM indications in the US. This includes analyzing the competitive landscape, identifying key promotions opportunities, developing customer-focused and differentiated messages to key target audiences.

Collaborate with the Market Research - Customer Insights and Data Analytics team to design and implement promotional strategies, while tracking brand performance, share of voice, market dynamics and competitive actions & response.

Responsible for the implementation of the multi-channel marketing mix, including omni-channel digital & media strategy and implementation, remote / tele-detailing, and creation and deployment of educational resources towards brand objectives and for high-impact engagements with all key target audiences.

Responsible for Medical, Regulatory and Legal Review of all promotional material, working with agencies and alliance partners.

Responsible for the development and execution of the Field Plan of Action and training plan, national/regional sales meeting execution and Field communications in collaboration with internal and external partners/stakeholders.

Develop promotional budget, gain approval from management, and manage advertising spend on promotional activities.


This Position Might be for You if:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 8+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience with 5+ years of experience preferred in oncology/hematology marketing and U.S. launch and operational ‘in-line’ marketing experience.
  • Understanding of oncology/hematology provider treatment environment.
  • Expertise in managing ad agency and suppliers, developing annual budgets, and working with alliance partners.
  • Strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly and act promptly. Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments and across functions.

Salary Range (annually)

$126,600.00 - $206,600.00
