Job Description
The Director, Global Market Access Strategy, Oncology (hematology) will lead and support strategic market access activities that drive the successful commercialization and profitable indication expansion of Regeneron’s Hematology Oncology portfolio (odronextamab and linvoseltamab).
The job holder will support and take accountability for development of access strategies that maximize the value of the portfolio’s planned indications. (S)he will identify and mitigate against potential risks associated with unplanned coverage restrictions, price erosion or delays to access. S(he) will partner with HEOR, clinical and regulatory colleagues to ensure we optimize evidence and labelling strategy to meet payer needs and deliver the access objectives.
A Typical Day May Include The Following:
The job holder will support commercial decision making regarding the indications and geographies that can profitably manage the portfolio’s planned indications and expansion. S(he) will act as a key partner to commercial leadership, identifying, integrating and analyzing different pieces of data to inform commercial investment and launch readiness.
The job holder will participate in the review and assessment of access and price change requests from global affiliates (excluding the US) as part of internal governance processes. S(he) will be responsible for documenting the decisions and agreed outcomes of these meetings, tracking negotiated outcomes of price and access negotiations and updating internal access performance dashboards.
The job holder will work with the International Market Access Team to ensure that affiliates are appropriately resourced to communicate the value of the portfolio across its individual indications and the brand, ensuring that value messaging resources evolve to reflect access and pricing strategy, and that the portfolio’s value is differentiated and compelling within the increasingly competitive landscape.
The job holder will execute their role as part of a Regeneron market access and pricing matrix team.

Build and refine LCM strategies that maximizes brand value through profitable indication expansion
Oversee on-time delivery of value evidence resources to achieve price and access targets (including value dossiers, budget impact models, strategic brand plan/blueprint documents)
Develop and oversee execution of payer value messaging resources (branded & unbranded)
Generate relevant insights regarding the future access/payer landscape affecting our portfolio
Shape value concepts and payer value proposition(s) for agreed target patient populations
Shape regulatory labelling approaches that drive optimal price and access
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding of pharmaceutical selling process, market access and pricing landscape, and state/federal policy initiatives
- Ability to comprehend complex brand strategies and help identify market access opportunities to employ them
- Ability to execute tactical plans while managing multiple projects simultaneously and excellent ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on teams and independently, multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently and creatively
- Ability to present, interact and influence through strategic recommendations
- High degree of professionalism, ethics and honesty with the ability to serve as a credible and passionate champion for the Regeneron Oncology franchise
- Proven marketing planning and executional skills
