Job Description
The Associate Director, Respiratory HCP Marketing will be responsible for the CRSwNP indication and for the preparation of future related launches for DUPIXENT and will report to the Senior Director, HCP Marketing Lead. This person will assist with the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plans/programs as it relates to specific HCP specialties across the CRSwNP indication.
A Typical Day Might Look Like This:
Develops and executes HCP marketing initiatives/programs to support the brand’s critical success factors.
Develops HCP tactical plan recommendations in line with brand strategies and objectives
Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs to continue DUPIXENT as biologic of choice across approved Respiratory indications
Ensure that the DUPIXENT developing indication brand strategy is aligned to support the overall DUPIXENT franchise strategy
Supports or leads the development, production management and implementation of the tactical components of the HCP marketing plan including but not limited to:
Participates in relevant scientific congresses and conferences to stay up to date with relevant literature
Tracks marketing spend to ensure project timelines and expenses are kept on scope and budget
Understand customer segmentation and execute on brand strategies
Assumes responsibility for directing and monitoring all third-party contractors and vendors
This Position Might Be For You If:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing of biologics/high science products
U.S. HCP marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, including launch experience
Experience working within the Pulmonology specialty market with significant understanding of key market dynamics and customer insights.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members to develop and execute education programs and support materials
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members and across departments to insure consistency and collaboration in strategy development and implementation of programs
Demonstrated innovative thinking and the ability to leverage past experience to be successful in an entrepreneurial environment
Combines strategic thinking with strong implementation skills managing projects/ programs from start to finish
Experience managing congress and conference related marketing activities

Respiratory/Immunology experience preferred. Must be willing to travel 25-30% (including weekend travel as needed).
