In this role you will be primarily responsible for the direction, organization and supervision of all facilities general operations and functions; this position supports the administration of the departments general site services and overseeing the operation of the facilities maintenance function at the Raheen site.

As an Associate Manager in facilities a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Planning and scheduling of maintenance, repairs and modifications to all facilities general building equipment and supporting infrastructure; including roofs

  • Planning and scheduling of maintenance, repairs and modifications to all facilities, Utilities, HVAC Equipment

  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the Department

  • Supervision, planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance work tasks for grounds and contracted cleaning services

  • Oversee administration of canteen services for entire site

  • Oversee inventory management for General Facilities group

  • Administration of contract maintenance personnel responsible for repairs and modernization to remain compliant with regulatory general building codes

  • Manage and develop general building Technicians as direct reports

  • Assign and schedule work requests utilizing the Blue Mountain Work Request System

  • Overall responsibility of the sites appearance and cleanliness

  • Manage IOPS Raheen Maintenance programs

  • Manage the work requests and ensure completion at the IOPS Raheen satellite locations

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA in a related field, with 8+ years’ experience or equivalent facilities management experience. May substitute relevant experience for education.
