Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for performing tasks related to the support of manufacturing operations primarily the tracking, collation, analysis and presentation of manufacturing operations data & metrics by liaising with all manufacturing functions and other departments to collate and track relevant data.
As an Assoc Mfg Operations Specialist a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
Collates data/KPI metrics from multiple sources both internally & externally (including EHS, HR, QC Finance, QA) for manufacturing operations
Compiles the data into charts, spreadsheets and scorecards or other as required
Prepares presentations on the compiled data and presents this data; presents at relevant departmental meetings
Responsible for the collation and upkeep of all trackers and spreadsheets in relation to headcount resources within manufacturing operations
Participates in Headcount resource planning activities to understand source data and reports
Responsible for tracking the status of QC testing & QA disposition of batches manufactured in Raheen
Responsible for assisting managers in the development of continuous improvement culture within manufacturing operations
Work with manufacturing management team and other support groups to create and maintain visual management programs for key business metrics
Responsible for the upkeep of manufacturing operations organizational charts
Acts as the point of contact for manufacturing data to several cross functional departments such as supply chain, finance, and QA disposition
Develops, maintains and issues shift rosters and associated material
Assists in the preparation of communications material for internal use within manufacturing
Responsible for the upkeep of, and the material shared via the Manufacturing Intranet/Sharepoint (or equivalent)
To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA in Science, IT, Computers, Engineer or Communications preferable and 2+ year’s relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology or related industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
