Project Description:
This position will be a Full Time Remote Summer Internship position and work with the Commercial Training - Immunology team supporting DUPIXENT. The student will be working on projects that pertain to the training function. This can include projects in instructional design, needs assessment, micro-learnings, training analytics, adult learning, facilitation, curriculum design and assessments.
The Commercial Training Summer Intern will gain hands-on experience in an exciting, fast-paced environment. This individual will gain an understanding of multiple roles and functions in a Commercial Training department. The intern will be directly involved with assisting training managers with Curriculum Development. This may include designing, developing, and recommending training curricula and workshops based on adult learning principles for our commercial field teams. The intern will also learn the importance of collaboration across both internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
The intern will work with subject matter experts to design and develop materials and training workshops. The intern’s skills and career goals will be considered when determining what projects will be the best fit and provide the best summer internship experience.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be enrolled in an academic program pursuing a Masters or PhD in Training and Development, Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction or related degree. Skilled in MS Office Suite. A passion for education and interest in science is desired. A cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred. We want someone who is able to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks from the end of May/ early June through August. Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community is also preferred.

- The hourly rate range for Tarrytown, NY, Sleepy Hollow, NY, Armonk, NY, and Basking Ridge, NJ includes: $17.00-$48.50 per hour.
