Temp QA Technician -(12 mth Contract)

Summary: Perform routine administrative duties in support of a QA team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings. Prepare and distribute agenda. Record and issue meeting minutes.

  • Generate and track correspondences.

  • Retrieve, copy/scan, organize and maintain documents.

  • Order Office and Lab supplies.

  • May assist with annual examination of retention samples.

  • May assist with processing of returned components and complaint samples for destruction.

  • May coordinate and assign lot set ups to team members.

  • May prepare site wide notifications.

  • Coordinate environmental chamber inventories associated with disposition as required.

  • May assign responsibility, monitor, and report results of departmental room audits.

  • Assist with lot status labeling as required.

  • May be responsible for disposition logbooks.

  • Control coordination of unprocessed bulk and in process bulk.

  • May prepare disposition paperwork for materials.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Other QA Support responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
