Job Description
In this role you will be performing routine administrative duties in support of a QA team.
This is a 12 month temporary contract.
As a Temp-QA Administrator a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
Generate and track correspondences
Retrieve, copy/scan, organize and maintain documents
Order Office and Lab supplies
Manage record movement activities for the team
Perform archival of QA release documentation and associated records
May prepare site wide notifications
Update QA tracking databases as required
Upload documents to central repository as requested by other parties
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Other QA Support responsibilities as assigned
To be considered for this opportunity you must have a Leaving Certificate qualification. Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment/industry is preferred but not essential.
