Job Description
As an Associate Manager Demand Management you will function as part of the Site Product Supply team. You will be responsible for the oversight of the demand management process.
As an Associate Manager Demand Management a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
Oversight, management and development of the demand management process for use in financial, production and strategic planning processes.
Responsible for managing forecasting and demand intake activities associated with commercial, samples and patient support demand.
Drive and support demand strategy creation, development of enhanced forecasting capabilities and increased ERP systems utilization.
Proactively engage and develop relationships with global senior leadership in Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain Dept.’s.
Develop and enhance relations with External collaborators, Country Managers, Distributors, and business partners.
Communicating complex quantitative and market intelligence analysis in a clear, detailed, and measurable manner to all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated drive to work independently, continuously seek novel continuous process and systems improvement/development initiatives.
Chair and support Demand, Financial Forecast and Supply executive review meetings.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and disciplined Demand/Planning cycle process.
Build market level knowledge to include market growth, indications, and approvals timelines, and named patient program and individual patient request requirements.
Create and publish metrics to evaluate overall demand process effectiveness.
Provide coaching to direct reports, including employee development plans, and foster a healthy work environment where employees feel valued and respected.
Promote the achievement of corporate goals and objectives.

The position can require 10% travel.
This role might be for you if:
You have strong working knowledge of E2E Supply Chain Management.
You have the ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, work extended hours when required, make sound decisions under pressure, and work effectively in a team environment.
You are proficient in MS Office, Excel, Oracle, Rapid Response etc.
You have excellent time management, organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills.
You have the ability to motivate and lead a team and supervise and coach staff.
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate details clearly and effectively.
You have good attention to detail skills, are self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure.
To be considered for this position you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background and 6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master’s degree, Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, GMP regulated experience and APICS or other related purchasing certifications are all distinct advantages.
