Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for supporting and driving the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy for Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS) Raheen.
As the IOPS Site Lead for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, a typical day may include;
Providing comprehensive support to the IOPS Global Senior Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to develop and implement strategy and policy
Embedding a positive DEI culture through working with the Site Communications Lead, improving awareness and understanding of initiatives
Developing, implementing and project managing key diversity, equity and inclusion programs, initiatives and frameworks to ensure the achievement of DE&I goals
Assisting Site Communications Lead in developing and implementing programs to support underrepresented and socioeconomically disadvantaged groups within the Mid-West region with an emphasis on schools and STEM outreach programs
Partnering with University Relations and Talent Acquisition to implement university partnerships and programs to ensure a diverse intern and early talent pool
Activating, supporting and collaborating closely with interest/resource groups that support DE&I initiatives
Monitoring developments and trends in DEI in Ireland and Europe and crafting action plans based on DE&I metrics

You are comfortable leading multiple projects and partners in a fast-paced environment and you enjoy getting results and consensus through influence rather than authority
You are capable of working independently or as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to drive site-level DE&I programs and initiatives
To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA degree in HR or a related field along with 8 plus years' experience. Multinational, Pharmaceutical and or Bio-tech experience would be preferred but is not essential
